The Company follows a policy of continual review, monitoring and improvement within all aspects of the business.
Azzurro believes it to be its moral responsibility to its employees, customers, supply partners, community and the third sector to act in a socially responsible manner and actively seek to reduce its negative impact on the environment.
What makes Azzurro sustainable?
95% of Azzurro products are either fully or partially made of recycled or recyclable materials.
Azzurro uses only suppliers who use wood-based materials sourced from sustainable forestry and accredited to FSC.
The company also works hard with suppliers to ensure that all redundant furniture and packaging wastes are recycled as much as possible.
Community
Azzurro seeks to create a positive impact on the communities we work within and make a significant difference to people and places.
We provide quality and ergonomic furniture to businesses and organisations to create a comfortable and productive work environment. This can have a positive impact on morale, health and productivity and ultimately contribute to the success of the business and organisation. By promoting sustainable practices such as using eco-friendly materials and minimising waste we can also contribute to environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the importance of responsible consumption in the community.
We support charities, schools, and community organisations through donations of furniture, financial contributions, and environmental initiatives.
